    The Property Management Relationship Manager will support the Cash Management team that handles deposit, treasury, and cash management services for Primarily Property Management Businesses. This position will support the Cash Management Department in tasks related to selling and establishing new deposits and Cash Management services including pricing, system demonstrations, and support for implementation and ongoing customer service. This is a full-time, 100% on-site position at our Woburn, MA office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate awareness, commitment, and dedication to servicing and building customer relationships. Provide a complete range of customer services at the bank, including opening new accounts, and gathering customer information to process new and existing account opening requests. Follow up with clients and prospects as needed to answer questions, obtain additional information/forms, perform demos and other items as appropriate related to Property Management. Serve as point of contact for clients on deposit and Treasury Management Systems, assisting with inquiries, technical support, and problem resolution. Maintain high level of knowledge of the Bank's cash management products and services specializing in Property Management. Work with team on pricing and set up of Z Suite/ Z Rent clients. Review client profitability and recommend methods to enhance banking relationships. Provide support for Cash Management RM's, assist in ongoing relationship management activities. Research and analyze data to resolve more complex customer problems. Answer customer questions with accounts and transactions and explore ways to resolve difficult issues. Responsible for operational compliance and adherence to bank policies and procedures. Handle administrative responsibilities, including filing, customer maintenance, and prospect/pipeline management. Become familiar with all Cash Management products including online and mobile applications. Perform additional duties as requested, needed, or assigned. You will also assist the Head of Internal Audit with managing the outsourced internal audit program by performing planning, coordination, and follow-up responsibilities. You will assist in the creation of reporting for senior management and the Audit Committee. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: With guidance from the Head of Internal Audit, collects and examines financial records and control documentation. Performs defined testing procedures and recommends further testing when warranted in support of the Bank's internal financial control testing program. Develops an understanding of the Bank's operations and system of internal controls. Assist in the planning and coordination of the outsourced internal audit program by attending meetings, managing request lists, updating the master internal audit plan, and drafting communications. Performs monthly follow-up of open audit findings and collection of remedial support. Works with internal management and outsourced consultants on assignments. Performs work independently within scope of established guidelines and procedures. Consults with Head of Internal Audit if clarification and assistance are needed to ensure work is performed efficiently and effectively while learning on the job. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Working towards a degree in business, accounting, risk/advisory, information security or another related field (undergraduate) Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Preferred knowledge of banking operations, internal controls and general banking laws and regulations Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The co-op opportunity requires the student to work full time (40 hours per week) from mid-May 2026 to mid-December 2026 This role will be fully onsite at our Woburn, MA office.
