Pros of working at Northern Water

Northern Water has a large budget and not scared to use it/spend it.

Cons of working at Northern Water

Culture is lacking and lots of micromanagement. Most projects are outsourced so you end up in support roles. Many of the employees are 30+ years and change is hard as they are looking only to retirement.

Northern Water benefits

Benefits are ok, as many longer term employees are on golden parachute pension program. If you start today you are on a compatible 401K program with other jobs.
