We are hiring a Library Services Staff Assistant who will serve as primary point of contact in the library during midday hours. You will assist library users in locating books and other materials used in academic coursework, and answer student questions in person, using chat, email, or other virtual platforms. This position will also assist with shelving, collection maintenance, and other library and archives-related activities. The position works primarily on the Lawrence campus, but some time and travel to the Haverhill campus may be required. Responsibilities: * Develop and conduct pitching-focused training sessions that emphasize mechanics, consistency, and situational strategy. * Provide individualized instruction and performance evaluations for pitchers. * Assist the Head Coach with practice planning, game preparation, and in-game pitching decisions. * Contribute to the recruitment and assessment of prospective student-athletes. * Maintain accurate and timely communication regarding athlete progress, expectations, and program standards. * Ensure adherence to college, conference, and NJCAA compliance requirements. * Promote an inclusive, respectful environment that supports the academic and athletic development of a diverse student population. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree. * Competitive playing experience as a pitcher at the secondary and collegiate levels. * Coaching experience at the secondary and/or collegiate levels. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. * Strong instructional, organizational, and communication skills. Additional Information: Salary: $4,000 total for the season. The position will be paid in installments throughout the season.
