The specialist works collaboratively with the marketing team and cross-functional partners to ensure creative deliverables align with brand standards, business objectives, and project timelines.     Job Type: Full-time On Site The Wide Web Flexographic Press Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of a high-speed, multi-color Central Impression (CI) flexographic printing press ranging from 52 to 55 inches in width. This role requires extensive knowledge of flexible packaging substrates (films, foils, laminates), solvent and water-based inks, and a deep commitment to producing high-quality print in accordance with customer specifications, while maintaining efficiency and safety standards. Need a seasoned, well experienced pressman who can perform almost immediately. Candidates who seem to match these requirements will be flown in to observe and then to work on site for evaluation at company expense. Reports to the Press Department Manager ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Press Operations and Setup Setup: Mount and register printing plates, install anilox rolls, adjust ink pumping systems, and prepare doctor blades according to job specifications. Operation: Operate the flexographic press (e.g., W&H, Bobst, Comexi) at optimal speed to achieve production targets while maintaining excellent print quality, registration, and color consistency at optimum web speed without compromising quality. Substrate Management: Handle large, wide rolls of substrate, including loading and unloading using roll-handling equipment (forklift and roll lifts). Monitor web tension, treating systems (e.g., corona/plasma), and drying systems. No experience with treating systems is required. Ink Management: Experience with Solvent based inks a prerequisite, Client does not use water based inks Viscosity checks and adjust Mix and manage solvent- based inks, ensuring color match to specified Pantone standards or approved targets using spectrophotometers. Company uses only solvent based inks, so water based ink experience isn't required. 2. Quality Control and Compliance Inspection: Continuously monitor print quality for defects such as mis-registration, color variations, haloing, dirty print, skips, and streaking. On any given day the selected candidate may be asked to perform the following: Work within the systems test team to refine System/Subsystem requirement verification statements and verification cross-reference matrices to ensure the requirements are testable. Develop, document, and execute test plans and procedures for optical and opto-mechanical spaceflight components. perform alignment, calibration, and verification testing of lenses, mirrors, beam paths, and sensor systems. Proficiency in using optical test equipment (e.g., interferometers, alignment scopes, cameras, light sources, etc.). Familiarity with environmental test standards for space hardware (e.g., NASA GEVS, MIL-STD-1540, etc..). Experience in automated control and measurement systems. Experience in System design, Verification, and Validation. Experience testing performance of systems in a cleanroom environment. Experience developing integration and test plans/procedures and reports. Experience in signal processing. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications B.S. or higher in (Engineering or related field) with 6 years of experience. 2+ years of experience in optical testing, preferably in a spaceflight or high-reliability environment. The Chemical Technologist, working under limited supervision, is responsible for leading production chemical support, corrosion strategies, risk assessment, failure analysis, and integrity management support to the production operations group. The role supports the vendor selection and qualification process, prioritizes, organizes, and completes basic assignments on time with some direction, frequently seeking guidance from experienced peers when faced with routine problems in chemical processes. • Leads production chemical support, corrosion strategies, risk assessment, failure analysis, and integrity management support to the production operations group, ensuring optimal performance and safety of production assets. • Drives project prioritization and cost monitoring, prepares recommendations to optimize chemical treating processes, and leads implementation of SOPs and technical documents. • Maintains regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance in conjunction with and through close coordination with the Operations Foreman, Superintendents, and Environmental Health and Safety Department. • Participates in monthly chemical review with vendors and Devon staff, leads failure review analysis for corrosion induced failures, and presents results of review reports during monthly chemical reviews. • Analyzes technical data to optimize chemical program with the goal to minimize chemical cost and asset failures, evaluates effectiveness of chemical treatment, improves process related to drilling, completions, and production, and analyzes data through SAP. • Leads cost/benefit analysis of individual chemicals along with each area's chemical program, educates lease operators on chemicals, injection rates, and chemical injection/storage equipment used in their area through training sessions. • Supports and facilitates field equipment installs and upgrades, reviews surface equipment failure database, conducts data analysis to enable equipment reliability improvement, and repairs cathodic protection equipment, ensuring a cost effective approach to asset longevity. • Implements modifications to routine tasks related to production chemical support, supports vendor selection and qualification process, and actively participates in proactive safety and continuous improvement activities, demonstrating a visible commitment to EHS. • Prioritizes, organizes, and completes basic assignments on time with some direction, frequently seeking guidance from experienced peers when faced with routine problems in chemical processes. • Possesses the right and obligation to stop work in unsafe conditions, contributing to a safe and secure working environment for all personnel. Education: • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education and/or commensurate work experience is required. Associate's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any other related discipline is preferred. Experience: • 0-3 years of relevant experience with an Associate's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any other related discipline, otherwise 9+ years of relevant production operations experience, preferably in E&P Operations specializing in areas Chemical Treatment Processes, Equipment Maintenance, Process Optimization or a related field. Industry experience is preferred. In this role, you will work on the Welding Development team to assist in the advancement and implementation of welding and manufacturing capabilities. The candidate will partner with design, testing, materials, modeling & simulation, and reliability engineers to develop weld joint design, weld techniques, weld specifications, and inspection methods needed for welded KP-FHR and test platform assemblies. Responsibilities Procedure Development & Qualification * Design, develop, and maintain EBW procedures and supporting documentation (WPS/PQR) to meet material, joint, and quality requirements in compliance with applicable codes, standards (e.g., AWS, ASME, API), and regulatory expectations. * Develop and execute weld qualification plans, including test coupons and validation trials, in coordination with quality and materials teams * Anticipate future welding needs by aligning EBW procedures and qualification strategies with evolving product designs, manufacturing processes, and regulatory demands. Quality Assurance & Process Optimization * Oversee and review EBW inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and applicable quality standards. * Analyze weld test data to identify trends, determine root causes of defects, and implement corrective actions to enhance welding performance and reliability. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize EBW processes, increase efficiency, reduce cost, and maintain high-quality output.
