Pros of working at Northern Labs Inc.

Starting pay was very competitive in a small town. 4 10 hour shifts (overtime Fridays) were also nice. Holiday off days were very generous.

Cons of working at Northern Labs Inc.

How leaders treated the assemblers were embarrassing. I was hired in a higher position and cannot believe how rude leaders treated their team
