Jay Bellows is a President and CEO at Nomad Transportable Power Systems and President and Chief Executive Officer at Northern Reliability and is based in Waitsfield, Vermont. He has worked as Data Center Executive Board Member at The University of Vermont Medical Center and Vice President of Sales and Director of Northern facilities at Sovernet Communications. Jay attended Georgia Historical Society, Northern Vermont University between 1994 and 1998, and Johnson State College between 1994 and 1998.

Spencer is currently President of Green Mountain Insight, a strategic planning and financial services firm providing ongoing CFO advisory services to high growth, mission focused companies throughout the United States. Spencer has served/ serves on several boards including the Burlington Electric Commission (Chair of the Board), the Vermont State Employees Credit Union (Chair of the Board and Treasurer), the Vermont Heritage Financial Group (an arm of VSECU), Governor Phil Scott's Budget Transition Committee and Government Modernization and Technology Committee, and the Nathaniel Group, which was acquired by Ushio in 2017.
