JOB PURPOSE
The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for growing business levels and selling to targeted commercial organizations within their local geography and throughout the US. Responsibilities include developing a sales plan, formulating sales call strategy, and executing relevant activities to drive net new revenue growth.
The SAE is accountable for effectively communicating Transportation Insight's value proposition, enterprise solutions, and enterprise logistics services to prospects and current customers. Utilizing Transportation Insight's portfolio of service offerings/capabilities to solve complex parcel, LTL, and Truckload business challenges, the Strategic Account Executive is expected to introduce specific service improvements and opportunities for optimization. The SAE is also responsible for providing a positive customer experience for enterprise-size organizations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and strengthen business relationships with potential and existing customers for the purpose of promoting Transportation Insight services.
Build revenue within potential & existing clients to reach and exceed established sales goals.
Develop a plan focusing on solution sales, sales call strategy and qualified list of prospects, giving targeted focus to Enterprise companies.
Communicate Transportation Insight's value proposition, services, and solution strategies to prospects in order to position Transportation Insight's portfolio of solutions and value.
Utilize a consultative approach to driving conversations with the expectation of moving the prospective customer through the buying cycle and developing a formal and written sales solution for the purposes of closing business.
Understand how to navigate complex buying committees - develop and maintain professional relationships with economic buyers and key executives within sizable target accounts to create value and enable your selling efforts.
Establish and maintain contact and effective communication at all levels of strategic accounts and leverage internal resources to ensure a positive customer experience.
Partner with internal executive management, operations, development and sales management teams to establish and implement best practices.
Leverage his/her network for referrals and former partners to support growth efforts.
Manage complex relationships with strategic strategy and execution.
Accurately forecast opportunities and bookings, specific product revenue, and new opportunities on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis within Salesforce.
Drive for results and success by conveying the appropriate sense of urgency while driving issues to closure.
Champion client programs and drive initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally to remove roadblocks, track and resolve client objections, and solve problems via Transportation Insight myriad of solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
BS/BA degree required.
High level of detail selling complex solution based programs.
Transportation Industry Experience 2-3 years minimum
Minimum of 5 years Outside sales experience (Hunter)
Knowledge and experience with transportation management systems/technology preferred.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Active and current Secret federal security clearance
At least seven (7) years of network operations experience, with strong focus on telecommunications and LAN/WAN environments.
Higher-level education or military service may substitute for up to two (2) years of experience.
Experience leading teams in the design and management of enterprise telecommunications networks.
Experience supporting DoD or Federal telecommunications environments required.
DoD 8140 Baseline Certification: IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, SSCP).
At least one Computing Environment (CE) certification: CCSA, CCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, RHCSA, RHCE, WSHAA or AZ-104.
NOTE: In accordance with contract requirements, at least 30% of STNEs assigned to this program must hold a Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) certification. Compensation & Benefits:
This full-time, exempt position comes with a comprehensive benefits package. After one year of employment, you will also be eligible for a generous short-term disability program with the company covering 100% of monthly premiums.

Every order is required an update at minimum every two hours (both carrier and customer communication confirmed)

Two-minute response times required on all requests
Proactive updates on all shipments are required - no AOG customer should be reaching out to NTG for an update

What we offer:
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated annual compensation for this position is $240,000. - $307,500. which includes a base salary of $160,000. - $205,000 and 100% on target performance. The Regulatory Specialist provides guidance and expertise pertaining to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Transportation regulations to support our Supply Chain Insights programs and solutions. This includes local, regional, national or international knowledge of Retail, Consumer, and/or Industrial sectors. ****************************
Some University education in a related discipline plus two years related work experience.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a technical environment.
Ability to develop a basic knowledge of codes, regulations and standards in code related fields.
Ability to learn and understand technical vocabulary common to the assigned code discipline.
Ability to compose routine reports and business correspondence.
Ability to present standard information and respond to questions from individuals or small groups of internal or external clients.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operations, maintenance and procedure manuals.
Ability to resolve problems involving several variables in standardized situations where specific decision-making guidelines exist.

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).

Proactively and independently maintains knowledge and proficiency in relevant regulatory topics, identifying and filling knowledge gaps as necessary
Help build platforms to enhance our systems for disposal, wastes, transportation, retail, etc
Collaborates to provide regulatory knowledge and guidance for cross-functional internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
Stay up to date on regulations and provide regulatory information to retailers and their suppliers, as needed, for compliance with US and Canadian retail supply chain related regulations
Assists customers with regulatory questions and issues as needed, both directly and via customer support inquiries
Utilizes internal software programs and contributes to troubleshooting and enhancement of these solutions
Trains team members on regulatory topics as appropriate
