Manages a client base comprised of existing, high potential (Tier IV) high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high new worth (UHNW) clients. Has ultimate responsibility for the retention and growth of assigned client group, through a defined, structured, consistent service and sales model. Members of a floating team, comprised of product specialists, are assigned on a dotted-line basis to support the Lead RelationshipManager. The role of the team is to assist in creation and implementation of client relationship plans and touch point strategies at all stages. Provide advise-driven solutions that solidify current relationships, while exploring and capturing additional opportunities.
Major Duties:
Evaluates, designs, implements and oversees clients' total relationship plans through a structured, consistent sales and service process.
Reviews individual account relationships to determine the banking and investment needs of clients; anticipates and creates opportunities for enhancing the client relationships.
Places emphasis on relationship building and participates in development of new
solutions to client needs, brings in experts when appropriate, close the sales, Ensures smooth delivery of new services, and communicates emerging needs.
Structures and negotiates complex loans within the authorized lending limits and
ensures credit quality.
Counsels' clients on emerging financial issues, new bank products and services, regulatory changes and general environment, and discussing impact on client's activities and the banks services.
Provides financial services to clients, coordinating the resource and activities of the partner areas to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Provides input regarding floating team members' performance with respect to their overall
contribution to team results.
The ideal candidate will benefit from having the following competencies:
10 - 15 years industry experience, including trust sales, portfolio management, and/or wealth management sales experience or trust relationshipmanagement.
Completion of any of the following is highly preferred: MBA and/or CFA, CFP, CIMA, CPWA, CAIA and/or any professional designation that aligns with the financial services industry/wealth management.
Solid, general knowledge of all personal financial planning issues.
Knowledge of fiduciary products and services (e.g. personal trusts, living trusts, wills, investment management, security custody, financial consulting, estate planning), including fee structures and documentation, acquired through work experience is required to respond to the issues that arise during sales calls.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to personal fiduciary, and estate and tax planning services acquired through formal education and work experience is required to consult with clients.
Salary Range:
$130,530 - 228,380 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in luxury watches or fine jewelry; high-complication expertise strongly preferred.
A proven track record of building and sustaining long-term client relationships.
Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams in a luxury retail environment.
