The Lead Engineer is responsible for performing or directing the performance of all service maintenance requests for a specific property or portfolio of properties. Monitoring the allocation of building system capability to various base building and tenant needs, specifically UPS/Generator and cooling system capacities. What We're Looking For: * 1-3 years of investment sales transaction experience. * Currently holds a Salesperson/Broker license or is willing to begin process to obtain one within 30 days of starting. * A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is advantageous but not obligatory. * Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate is preferred. * Demonstrated self-motivation and a willingness to exceed expectations. * Proficiency in critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness in research. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. * Strong work ethic coupled with a drive for excellence. * Strong client service mindset Compensation: This position operates as a 1099 independent contractor full commission team agreement incentive plan basis.
