The Role
This role drives consistent operational execution and continuous improvement within our clients' supply chains by overseeing daily operations, identifying, advocating for, and communicating WarehouseQuote s value-added functions, and championing the use of technology, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, coach, and support the following teams: order processing, inventory, project management, and onboarding.
Conduct 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews.
Set team goals and monitor KPIs like aging orders, exceptions, warehouse and team performance, quarterly rock completion, value add communication.
Customer Strategy, Engagement, & Automation
Identify, advocate, implement, and enforce usage of automations and artificial intelligence.
Develop strategies to improve customer onboarding, day-to-day execution, and long-term success.
Work with high-value or strategic accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Monitor customer health and intervene with at-risk accounts.
Analyze data and dashboards to identify trends and opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

What You'll Do
Assisting in the leasing, touring, move in processes and occupancy of the community

JOB SUMMARY
The Fine Dining & Bar Service Specialist will be a key anchor role in that effort, helping set the tone for service, modeling standards for others, and, over time, potentially stepping into a lead position in either fine dining or bar service. This is an on-site, member-facing role with a variable schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide gracious, polished, fine-dining level service in the dining room, bar, and patio, appropriate to a private club setting.
Greet members and guests warmly, use names when possible, and build ongoing relationships by learning preferences.
Present menus, describe specials, and make thoughtful food and beverage pairing recommendations.
Execute an appropriate sequence of service (timing of courses, table maintenance, clearing, check presentation) to ensure a smooth, elevated experience.
Prepare and serve beer, wine, and classic cocktails (highballs, simple mixed drinks, standards like martinis/old fashioneds) to Club specifications.
Maintain an active knowledge of wines, spirits, and basic cocktails; be comfortable discussing options and making recommendations.
Ensure drinks are consistent, well-presented, and served at appropriate temperatures.
Assist with banquet and event service, including room setup, table layout, beverage service, and teardown.
Follow event timelines and instructions for tournaments, member events, weddings, and private functions.
Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system; coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service.
Handle checks, service charges, and payments with precision; follow cash-handling procedures.
Keep service and bar areas clean, stocked, and organized, including polishing glassware/silverware and resetting tables.
Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation guidelines, as well as club policies and local regulations.
Communicate proactively with the Front of House Manager, General Manager, and teammates to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly.
Complete opening, closing, and side-work tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS
At least 1-year prior experience as a Server in a restaurant, hotel, or private club is required.
Fine dining or upscale service experience is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated bartending experience, at least with beer, wine, and standard cocktails, is required.
Advanced craft/mixology skills and/or prior leadership experience (e.g., lead server, head bartender) are a strong plus and will be reflected toward the top of the pay range.
Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages in Missouri.
Must possess valid Food Handlers certificate as required by state or local government.

CPA designation is highly preferred.

What You'll Do
Provide excellent service to our industrial commercial real estate customers through our core values.
Respond to tenant requests/problems in a timely and courteous manner and generate work orders directed to vendors or maintenance staff. Follow-up with the tenant to ensure satisfactory resolution of the issue.
Ensure that there is 24-hour emergency coverage for the property at all times.
Conduct periodic inspections of the commercial property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and the proper upkeep of the property.
Ensure that property and lease files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with company policy.
Prepare and maintain appropriate tenant lease files, records, correspondence and file notes.
Become proficient with the Yardi Property management software, Salesforce and Monday.com.
Create building and property operating budgets utilizing Yardi Advanced Budgeting
Complete Property tenant CAM Reconciliations utilizing Yardi.
Maintain appropriate records, correspondence and file notes in Lease Manager.
Provide 5 Year Building Capital Plans - Collaborate with Asset Management team on funding the plans/needs.
Track tenant lease expirations, plan for move-outs/renewals as required.
Collaborate with the Lease Concierge team to provide new tenants with an Onboarding Resource Guide regarding emergency contacts, Vendor contacts, insurance requirements, rent collection procedures, and maintenance request procedures.
Participate in new building onboarding punch walks and follow through on completions with the Development Manager and one year warranty review.
Work directly with the Development Management team to ensure a smooth transition of a building post construction.
Be proactive in addressing warranty issues during the first 12 months post construction.
Assist the Regional Director of Property Management with establishment of the Property
Monitor all key dates and reporting within Yardi and Salesforce.
Assist the Regional Director of Property Management with establishment of the Property Management Plan, Preventative Maintenance Policies and Procedures and Property Operations Manual.
Assist in the production of monthly and annual reports.
Assist in preparation of transaction related documents.
Assist in maintaining tenant contact lists in Yardi for the company.
Aid in the production of departmental reports (e.g. business plans, financial statements, RFPs).
Contractor coordination.
Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs.
Approve and/or obtain estimates/bids for repairs at the property. Generate and track Service orders, approvals and distribution.
Ensure accurate compliance with contracts of all property related invoices and verify and approve all service work order billings.
Update new property information in Yardi, SalesForce and on Building Engineer reference sheets.
Detailed verification of all invoice amounts and information with approved Service Orders or Contracts.
Ensure proper property and GL coding on invoices.
Investigate cost reduction opportunities.
Assist corporate accounting with questions related to the property and resolution of vendor issues.
This position requires at least 50% travel.
