Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative to support our E-4B Program in Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska with regular travel to San Antonio, Texas.

Position Responsibilities:
Significant amount of demonstrated E-4B experience and knowledge in aircraft maintenance procedures, practices, engineering standards and specifications, specifically Electrical Systems and Avionics to support testing and repair of E-4B systems, as well as system components. Note: candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.
Improve customer satisfaction through frequent and open communication with all customer contacts.
Rapidly respond to resolve customer support issues.
Provide technical research and guidance in the resolution of field problems related to installed equipment and systems and provide over-the-shoulder assistance and training to the Air Force maintainers.
Collect and provide Data deliverables as necessary to maintain both internal program management requirements and contract delivery/report requirements.
Oversee and provide advice in the identification and requisition of proper repair parts while troubleshooting.
Provide advice and guidance on hard to obtain supply parts and support equipment.
Provide advice in the identification of and instruction on the use of Boeing Publications, special tools, handling equipment, to include Ground and Peculiar Support Equipment (GSE/PSE), and test equipment associated with and related to the equipment/system.

Minimum 7 years of experience working on aircraft systems
Minimum 1 year of experience in E-4B aircraft
Previous field service representative experience
Must be able to work variable shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

The role:
