Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Apply commercial AI technology to battle management and C2 products
Developing inter-company and intra-company teaming relationships
Delivering technical presentations to customers, executive management, and other program stakeholders
Writing technical white papers in response to customer RFIs
Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program (s).
Development and adherence to budget baselines utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost & schedule control methodologies and tools
Assist operating units to expand their customer base and identify growth opportunities.
Interface with the rest of the division to identify technology that could be leveraged and reused
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 7+ years or a Master's with 5+ years of experience program, project management, or principal investigator experience on research and development efforts
Technical experience in developing engineered AI solutions
Experience executing programs with complex technical requirements
Experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as the project or technical lead

Primary Level Salary Range: $142,200.00 - $224,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager with an IT background to lead customer-facing technology projects from kickoff to completion. This role begins hands-on, spending 3-6 months in the field to gain familiarity with our product and its installation processes. After on-boarding, the role transitions into full time project management, working directly with external customers and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of infrastructure upgrades, system deployments, cybersecurity implementations and more.
Core Responsibilities
Lead simultaneous IT projects (1-3 team members per project) focused on system administration, infrastructure upgrades, and cybersecurity installations.
Serve as the primary liaison between external customers and our internal engineering staff, maintaining strong communication and accountability.
Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Ideal Qualifications
3+ years in IT project management, preferably within infrastructure or system deployment environments.
2+ years of direct employee supervision.
Strong knowledge of Windows environments, virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
