Summary of Primary Functions
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Analyst III/IV to join our growing team. This role will serve as a strategic liaison between business units and technical/data teams, ensuring that the credit union's operational needs, member experience goals, and strategic objectives are translated into actionable, data-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring years of hands-on experience in credit union lending and deposit operations, with a deep understanding of how these functions work, what drives their success, and how they are measured. Duties and Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal teams to collect, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate department and product-specific performance; develop KPIs and dashboards with minimal oversight to monitor business health, particularly in lending and deposit operations.
Program & Campaign Optimization: Analyze program performance (e.g., member referral programs) and make recommendations for improvement based on profitability and effectiveness.
Growth Strategy Support: Recommend KPIs, metrics, and data models to support growth strategies, especially within lending and deposit portfolios.
Process Mapping: Document and map out current-state and future-state business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
Business Planning: Partner with internal departments, especially Lending and Deposit Operations to generate actionable business plans and strategies that support operational and growth objectives.
Data Visualization & Reporting: Create insightful dashboards and visual reports using tools like Oracle BI, Tableau or Power BI.
SQL & Data Interpretation: Use SQL to query data from various systems and interpret complex data sets to generate clear, strategic insights.
Member Engagement Analysis: Support the evaluation of member behavior, retention, and engagement to inform experience and outreach initiatives.

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly experienced Teamcenter PLM Development Analyst. The employee will be responsible for designing, developing, and sustaining the Teamcenter PLM platform. The OneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation Program will harmonize key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems. RTX has chosen SAP's S/4HANA to enable our future ERP system and has largely concluded the strategic definition and design phase and is now entering the initial blueprinting, build and support phases.
The ERP Business Analyst - Global Trade Services is responsible for the successful delivery within each phase of the program:
Blueprint - detailed design for processes, utilizing best practices and maximizing process harmonization opportunities; evaluation of gaps and making scope decisions.

We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Global Trade Services solutions to streamline our global trade compliance and customs processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP GTS, strong knowledge of international trade regulations, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end GTS implementations.
You are the ideal candidate if you have experience working within an organization that is responsible for driving large scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation, ideally ERP implementation using SAP's S/4HANA solution.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with business and other digital team members including cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and map business processes to SAP GTS functionality

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience

SAP GTS Expertise: Demonstrated experience with SAP GTS Module, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and integration with SAP EWM and other logistics modules; A&D industry experience is a plus.
