This is an established company that offers financial stability, benefits, an ethics office for help/grievances, a 9/80 work schedule, and other features typical to a very large corporation in the aerospace and defense industry.
As is typical of an aerospace and defense corporation, there is not much cultural diversity within the company. Non-U.S. citizens are prohibited from entering a lot of the facilities, and for the most part cannot work there. Some job positions frown on even knowing a non-U.S. citizen, and may discourage foreign travel.
The salary.
Loved working with the executive leadership, travel and projects.
Would rather have a beach vacation every weekend on a tropical island!!! Rather than in Phoenix AZ desert.
Great facilities, with cafe, gym and their hybrid work schedule!
Quality Management Personnel
Depending upon your position, work life balance is hard to achieve. I find it hard to take vacation when I need it. Even when I am sick, I find myself working from home. No such thing as a full day off anymore. Benefits are mediocre at best.
Merit bonuses.

training
Employee Appreciation Committee ( once month food events)
2 week shutdown during the Christmas holiday
Client groups are too large and HR does not receive enough support from HR management

The pay and hours .
The stress & not being properly taught.

Benefits, flexible work arrangements, opportunities to rotate
Bureaucracy, lack of appropriate incentive structure and plans, inability to design systems to e.ployee retention

Great company, people and room to grow.
Not much to dislike.
Benefits are great.
The work environment, bonuses, and management is well organized
No sick days. Have to take PTO if feeling sick.
Benefits across the market, i.e., gyms, auto, entertainment, and food.
Work life balance
Too much politics and drama
Healthcare and Retirement benefits
NGC was a very stable and secure company to work for.
Office Politics was very disruptive, low pay compared to market
PTO, 401K Match
Talented staff, decent job security and benefits. Many of my coworkers are working on side projects, which can be submitted for internal funding or patent filing in exchange for a cash prize. The pay is good for my area, and you get to work on really cool and massively complex systems. Most employees I have encountered hold themselves to a high standard, are collaborative and knowledgeable, and motivated to have the team succeed. Although there seems to be a clear hierarchy and politics that come along with every big organization, I found that people generally expect you to contribute, and value your input even as a newer or less experienced employee. There's a bit of a sink or swim mentality, which I respect, but others might find intimidating. Leadership seems to be really investing efforts into making sure everyone is happy with their role, and retaining employees, even if that means transferring groups.
The IT systems are absolute trash! Our enterprise network is a jumbled mismatch of disassociated sites and DIY ventures from various software teams. No wifi at my office, despite being a 'wifi capable' facility - workaround is to create a guest account that must be re-provisioned weekly, and the wifi blocks access to most things other than email (Good luck trying to use Spotify!). You can join a coffee club, but don't expect the company to provide such luxuries. In the grand scheme of things - it's lacking the bells and whistles. On the program side, I have ran into difficulty finding information on a lot of their systems. There are so many different document repositories and data bases for projects that have spanned upwards of 2 decades, that the general lack of information organization becomes frustrating quite quickly.
9-80 Schedule, Holiday Shutdown (at the expense of other less-significant holidays), Bi-weekly pay structure, and good compensation.
Pretty area to live, got me secret DoD clearance, pay is adequate to competitive
Work culture is negative at best, mid level management is very poor, work site is very old, falling apart, and infested with cockroaches, rats and mice, traffic is terrible and quickly getting worse.
Looks good on a resume
Flex Schedule
Low pay and PTO accrual
Employee Discounts, Education Assistance and Remote working options
Diversity, employee resource groups, exciting advanced aircrafts.
Difficulty finding work/life balance. Pay bands are not transparent.
Location, opportunity to work over time, lots and lots of work available
