Cons the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Management doesn't communicate efficiently in keeping staff abreast with upcoming changes. You don't know until the change happens. Also, they have unknowledgeable Supervisors that lack leadership qualities and obtain necessary social skills needed for the job, due to nepotism. It's who you know verses what you know.
Favorite perk is the Town hall meetings.
CEO seems to be a visionary and is taking measures in bringing all health networks as on consolidated entity.
More diversity and community related events
Googled the health network and read on it's history.
North Shore salaries are commensurate to the present industry standards. EEH wages should be revisited though.
Could improve especially within management
Knowing I will be able to somewhat financially sustain myself biweekly.
