NORTHSIDE COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO ADULTS 18 AND OVER WHO ARE DIAGNOSED WITH LONG-TERM MENTAL ILLNESS AND MEET THE OTHER CRITERIA FOR THESE PROGRAMS.
