Pros of working at Northside Hospital

It is a caring, friendly environment. Diverse community; high number of women & minority leaders. Management "walks the walk" and model the attitude/behavior they expect. Great care. Great standards. Not a hostile workplace environmwnt.

Cons of working at Northside Hospital

Lower pay than comparable places. Less generous benefits. Quality of life and less stress is a major perk, but harder to pay bills.

Truly is a place filled with good people. I like everyone I work with. Very little "back-stabbing" at this job.
