Serves as a resource to Physician Contracts Administrator I. * Ensures that each physician contract is supported by essential documentation such as approval signatures, fair market value analysis, commercial reasonableness, and statement of business necessity. * Maintains and assures confidentiality of all contract and compensation information. * Follows system and departmental document retention policy and assures that all agreements are tracked and retained. * Serves as a contact for supporting departments at each Northside entity involved in physician contracting, including but not limited to various clinical service lines leaders, Human Resources, Billing, Managed Care, Risk Management, Medical Staff Office, Finance, etc. * Assists with maintenance of physician compensation survey data and performing internal calculations of value and fair market value as needed. REQUIRED: * Minimum of one year of experience working with physicians and/or in physician contracts. * Two years experience working in Health-care, preferably for a hospital or health system. * Outstanding organizational skills 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. PREFERRED: * Bachelors and/or Master's Degree in Health-Care related field or Business. * Previous experience working with Physicians.

An ancillary employee who performs a variety of cleaning tasks, maintaining clean and sanitary conditions. Performs duties as assigned in support of the overall mission of the department. Operates automatic pot and dishwashing machines, and performs routine cleaning operations in kitchen area. May assist in the service and storage of food. May transport food carts to and from floors as needed. * Loads and operates automatic dishwashing equipment. * Monitors dishwashing operations to ensure that machine is properly filled with chemicals and that appropriate water temperature is maintained, and maintains dishmachine temperature record. * Sorts soiled dishes, utensils, and trays in the tray return areas, delivers soiled items to dishroom, and sorts and returns clean dishes, trays, and utensils to proper storage areas. * Performs routine cleaning tasks in kitchen area such as mopping floors, wiping tables and counters, cleaning equipment, and emptying garbage cans. * Delivers food and supplies to Patient Care and Child Care areas, and re-stocks Cafeteria supplies and condiments. * Assists with unloading and storing food and supplies. * Assists other kitchen personnel in performing routine tasks such as gathering utensils, setting up trays, and cleaning work areas. * Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Immediately reports any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or employee/patient/visitor injury-accident to Manager. REQUIRED * Must be able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions.

Prepares food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures. Prepares food for patients, retail outlets, catering, doctor's lounge etc. * Prepares various types of hot foods, baked items, sandwiches, and other short order items following production sheets and approved recipes, and prepares modified diet foods for all outlets. * Performs various types of cooking and baking operations using such standard kitchen equipment as stoves, ovens, broilers, and microwave ovens. * Ensures that food is prepared using proper quality control (HACCP) and sanitation standards, and in sufficient quantities to minimize waste. * Distributes food to appropriate locations. * Ability to work well independently given proper directions. * Cleans and maintains standard kitchen equipment used in food preparation. * Ensures that food preparation area is properly cleaned and sanitized. * Ensures that leftover foods are properly labeled dated and stored properly. Completes food temperature checks utilizing taste and temperature logs. * Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Immediately reports any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or employee/patient/visitor injury-accident to Manager. REQUIRED * One year food service experience. * Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions. PREFERRED * Demonstrated knowledge of common diet modifications. * One (1) year experience as a Cook in Hospital Food Service or restaurant * ServSafe certification preferred.
