Position Summary
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, Back order and Days' Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor.
• Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
• Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well organized manner.
• Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked appropriately.
• Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory.
• Filing inventory and SOX documentation.
• Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.
This position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day.
Schedule:
Monday - Wednesday: 11:00am - 8:00pm CST
Thursday & Friday rotate, shifts are between: 6:00am - 7:00pm CST
Compensation:
Starting pay rates are based on experience, ranging from: $18.50 - $20.02
Required Qualifications
• Pharmacy Technician License
• 1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software

The typical pay range for this role is:

Job Description
The Senior Surgical Inventory Specialist coordinates all inventory activities for the Surgery Department. This may include Replenishment, Picking, Staging, Delivery, Put Away, Special Orders & Substitutions. The Senior Surgical Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing PAR levels, INR & RNI, Binning, Cycle Counts, Inventory Counts, Bill Only and Inventory Relief activities. Experience

Job Responsibilities
* Manages surgical inventory effectively to maintain adequate levels of supplies.
* Coordinates with assigned department or clinical program to resolve any supply issues needing resolution (including recalls, alerts, substitutions, missing items, etc.). This will include working proactively with assigned buyers and/or other supply chain teams.
* Coordinates with receiving personnel and buyers in to reconcile any receiving problem discrepancies including INR and RNI issues.
* Responsible to work with departments and buyers in the processing of, credits, returns, reprocessing, or exchanges. This involves getting RGA/RMA numbers, collecting information, tracking of product and the updating the MDF with current information. This includes assisting buyers with proper paperwork to manage consignment and other specialized orders.
* As needed or assigned, will assist and/or support inventory management functions for assigned department or clinical program to ensure optimal inventory levels in meeting patient care needs. This will include accountability for replenishment activity in assigned locations using established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
* If applicable, manages Consignment or Vendor Managed Inventory and associated processes according to set SOP's.
* Understands and utilizes Supply Chain (SOP's) reports and tools correctly.
* Coordinates and utilizes Workday and Tecsys systems to ensure that distribution, inventory, receiving and departmental files and reports are managed accordance with Auditing, Accounting, and other regulatory agency requirements.
* Responsible to ensure that assigned clinical program is being maintained and is meeting customers' expectations throughout the procurement process.
* Ensures department is operationally ready to perform all surgical cases by assisting with daily closeouts, ensuring all supplies are ready for next day, and communicating any issues with surgical team members.
* Works effectively with surgeons and/or assistant nurse managers to assess inventory needs, revise par levels as needed, and facilitate new product evaluation, including preparing submissions for value analysis and coordination of vendor visits.
* Prepares continually for annual inventory by completing monthly check of expiration dates, maintaining accurate shelf labeling, reducing variances, preparing assigned service line for daily, monthly, and annual cycle counts, and leading quality inspection team.
* Leads flexible scope and instrument repair program, ensuring all items are adhering to routine maintenance schedule and/or sent out for repair as needed per hospital policy and contractual obligations.
* Orients all surgical inventory personnel and complies with all applicable regulations, standards, and recommendations.
* Follows hospital and departmental safety instructions, policies, and procedures.
* Drives compliance with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta vendor management programs.
* Provides backup for surgical implant coordinator and surgical inventory supervisor as needed.

This document aims to define with reasonable accuracy the various roles and wages that may be assigned to a Back of House employee of Root Cellar Café, LLC so that any such employee may be aware of the responsibilities that come with their role and wage rate.
Requirements for All Roles
All roles will be expected to comply with the safety policies and procedures designated in our handbook, in amendments to the handbook, or in other policies as communicated by management. Additionally, all employees are required to be certified according to the guidelines and requirements outlined by the relevant State and Federal agencies.
Kitchen Staff
Kitchen Staff members will be responsible for handling a variety of aspects of the Root Cellar Café kitchen. Not all staff members will be responsible for every duty listed below. Kitchen Staff will begin at $12.00/hour and will remain at this rate while in initial training. Additional compensation for each Kitchen Staff member will be determined by the number of responsibilities they handle, which have been divided into the following stations:
Pantry
, $13.00/hour:
Execute preparation of various food items according to a Prep Sheet.
Understand and develop strong familiarity with the Recipe Book.
Respond to various calls from the line like:
Restocking line food items
Running dishes
Additional assistance as requested.
Prepare salads and maintain salad fridge.
Assist in closing the kitchen:
Complete Closing Checklist established by manager.
Understand, follow, and enforce all safety standards.
Line Stations, $13.00-$17.50/hour (increases according to number of stations mastered)
Grill:
Efficiently execute recipes for station.
Properly plate dishes to be passed to Front of House.
Communicate with Pantry and Sauté
Open & close restaurant
Complete Opening & Closing Checklists established by manager.
Understand, follow, and enforce all safety standards.
Sauté:
Efficiently execute recipes for station.
Communicate with Pantry and Grill
Open & close restaurant
Complete Opening & Closing Checklists established by manager.
Understand, follow, and enforce all safety standards.
Back of House Expediter, $13.50/hour
Master all other Kitchen Staff stations.
Maintain full and consistent availability, including for open and closing shifts.
Manage communication between Pantry, Line Stations, and the Front of House.
Flexibly move between stations to ensure smooth service.
Coordinate with Front of House Expediter to manage ticket times.
Master and enforce all safety standards at all stations.
Kitchen Staff members will be paid their highest achieved wage rate for any of the above stations. For example, if a Kitchen Staff member has mastered the Grill but not the Sauté station, they will be paid $12.75/hour, even if they happen to work a Pantry shift after mastering Grill. Alternatively, an employee who has only mastered Pantry may train on either of the Line Stations, but they will continue to be paid $12.00/hour until they have mastered at least one of said stations. Finally, mastery of any one station does not guarantee promotion. While the primary criteria for each position are outlined above, ultimately management will grant employees access to their various stations and rates.
Front of House Expediter
Front of House Expedite
r is a Back of House role who will be responsible for managing the flow of dishes from the Back of House to the Front of House.
Coordinate with the Back of House Expediter to determine ticket times.
Communicate with the Front of House.
Alert them regarding ticket times.
Call when dishes are ready for delivery.
Ensure timely pick-up of food.
Complete and bag to-go orders.
Ensure food meets quality standards prior to delivery.
Prepare certain food products for use in plating:
Cut fruit.
Whip cream.
Stock sauce bottles.
Coordinate with Dishwasher to keep dishes stocked.
Coordinate with Front of House to keep to-go supplies stocked.
Front of House Expediter will be paid $12.50/hour. If a Kitchen Staff member who is normally compensated above this rate works a shift as Front of House Expediter, they will still be paid at the $12.50/hour rate.
Dishwasher
Dishwashers will be responsible for sanitizing and stocking dishes.
Coordinate with Bussers to safely stack dirty dishes on the dish rack.
Rinse dishes and run them through dishwasher.
Coordinate with Kitchen Staff and Front of House Expediter to stock all stations' dishes.
Dishwashers' compensation will start at $10.00/hour. As they prove efficiency and reliability, especially during busy shifts, managers have the discretion to promote them up to $11.00/hour.

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain supply areas.
Inventory product and upload requisitions in system.
Manage supplies in LogiD areas and monitor tags on RFID boards to prevent stock-outs.
Distribute supplies and use mobile delivery device for product tracking as needed.
Follows up on order confirmations, short ships, back order issues and returns.
Oversees parcel management inclusive of receipts and distribution which includes CC-ID and mobile
delivery.
Establish and maintain list of supplies and supply levels for assigned department(s).
Supports off campus corporation entities.
Maintain Expired Product Management for assigned department(s). This includes management of
Nonconforming product bins in supply areas.
Demonstrates ability to prioritize and process work effectively and efficiently.
Demonstrates competency to perform role utilizing available references, tools, systems, and equipment,
to ensure quality results while following department policies and procedures.
