Intentional workplace harassment by department Leads, supervisors, and managers.
Intentional, unlawful targeting, and blacklisting. Employees are deliberately placed on a National Do Not Hire Blacklist secretly, that causes them to become homeless. Also, intentional negative Performance Evaluations.
I wish I could turn back the hands of time when warned in advance not to work for the hospital due to secret employment blacklisting.
I never met the CEO in person while working at the hospital.

Effectively scheduling appointments for the patients. But the intentional hostile workplace harassment is wrong. The Employee Relations Manager needs to be replaced.
My work hours were great. I enjoyed the variety of employees they had. Meeting and helping in need of comfort and reassurance.

I will leave that for Management. In the main time by being a trust worthy, attentive, caring employees, helped improve the culture

Lower pay than comparable places. Less generous benefits. Quality of life and less stress is a major perk, but harder to pay bills.
Truly is a place filled with good people. I like everyone I work with. Very little "back-stabbing" at this job.
