Intentional workplace harassment by department Leads, supervisors, and managers.
Intentional, unlawful targeting, and blacklisting. Employees are deliberately placed on a National Do Not Hire Blacklist secretly, that causes them to become homeless. Also, intentional negative Performance Evaluations.
I wish I could turn back the hands of time when warned in advance not to work for the hospital due to secret employment blacklisting.
I never met the CEO in person while working at the hospital.
The company culture is not the problem.
Great hourly pay rate of $19.20
Effectively scheduling appointments for the patients. But the intentional hostile workplace harassment is wrong. The Employee Relations Manager needs to be replaced.
It is a caring, friendly environment. Diverse community; high number of women & minority leaders. Management "walks the walk" and model the attitude/behavior they expect. Great care. Great standards. Not a hostile workplace environmwnt.
Lower pay than comparable places. Less generous benefits. Quality of life and less stress is a major perk, but harder to pay bills.
Truly is a place filled with good people. I like everyone I work with. Very little "back-stabbing" at this job.
Staffing is wonderful Schedule is somewhat flexible and Management is accommodating
