Summary/Objective: The Operations Analyst will support the Ops team in developing, sourcing, and reporting key operational metrics and data analysis. This person will be responsible for performing research, analysis, and reporting on data around new initiatives. The Operations Analyst will assist in the coordination of all finance and business planning related functions including routine analysis, reporting, budgeting, and providing resource support. The Arbitration Specialist III is responsible for the review, investigation, and reopening of closed out-of-network disputes utilizing the Federal independent dispute resolution processes, known as “arbitration”, including assessing whether errors occurred in dispute closure and pursuing corrective action when appropriate. Our Mid-Cities Division (Texas Health Resources HEB) has a FT position available. The position is working in a care-team model and the schedule is 8 hour shifts each week. THR HEB hospital is a busy 250 bed hospital located in Bedford, Texas. There are currently no hearts or Pedi. Our CRNAs cover endoscopy, OB, Cath lab and the main OR. Cases in the OR include GYN, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, vascular, podiatry, and some ENT. This position requires no holidays or weekends. This is a large, tertiary hospital and the flagship hospital for Texas Health Resources. The Arlington Division is looking for partner-track physicians who are interested in doing most of your own cases with a minor component of care team leadership. Spectrum Division: The Spectrum Division is a great practice for any Anesthesiologist. We operate out of several premier hospitals and ASCs in Collin, Denton, and Dallas County including the cities of Plano, Richardson, McKinney, Frisco, Dallas, and Flower Mound. We have 23 physicians and 15 CRNAs. We are seeking physicians due to our growth. Our practice consists of a healthy mix of patient ASA Status's and types of surgery including Obstetrics. Regional skills are a must. No Cardiac. The Care Team approach is only in one location, so much solo practice. Our USAP Spectrum Division has been in practice for 28 years. We have great financial and practice security due to practice diversity and our maintenance of several exclusive facility contracts. Our payer mix and income are therefore very favorable. We have been engaged in leadership in USAP and predecessor organizations since inception. Further, we have great working relationships and operational/financial integration with many surrounding USAP divisions. We are seeking physicians to be on a Partnership Track. This Track works on a productivity model just like partners. We are very transparent with our financial pedigree with prospective candidates. As a partner, we have great flexibility in the work/lifestyle balance and allow great latitude on taking large amounts of vacation if so desired.
