Purpose of Position:
Provide psychiatric evaluations and treatments in an outpatient faculty practice for Mount Sinai Health System students (medical and graduate), post-doctoral trainees, and house-staff, ensuring appropriate longitudinal care.
MD or DO degree; completion of an ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency program; and be board certified/board eligible for General Adult Psychiatry

Excellent clinical and psychopharmacological knowledge
Training/experience working with a student population is desired
Experience working with specialized populations - such as individuals with substance use-related problems, individuals with ADHD, and/or other specific conditions

Interest/training in specific psychotherapeutic modalities is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of individuals/groups
