Partner with the Program Manager, Community Services, to support budget planning, financial forecasting, and monthly reporting.
Contribute to business proposals and contracts for new program opportunities.
Identify potential program challenges and opportunities by analyzing the root causes and customer impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement timely, effective solutions.
Monitor daily service levels and KPIs, including qualitative measures.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track program performance.
Manage the program's online wiki, ensuring clear, up-to-date information for customers.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and documentation for program operations.
Lead the creation and distribution of a monthly engagement newsletter.
