Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams with our current base and service specialist engagement Develop proposals for customers to resolve existing pest issues while also proposing additional enhancements to pest household services
Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and provided to ensure clear understanding of customer home and possible challenges
Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities
Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure the job is completed satisfactorily
Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM

What do our Crawl Space Techs do?

Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to support the Health Medicare Advantage Plan team. The primary focus of this role is to lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures (P&Ps) for vendor management. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of managed care operations, Medicare Advantage programs, and vendor oversight processes. Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for developing and implementing vendor management policies and procedures (P&Ps).
Collaborate with Health's Medicare Advantage leadership and stakeholders to align processes with regulatory and organizational standards.
Conduct gap analyses of existing vendor management processes and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate input from cross-functional teams including compliance, contracting, operations, and IT to ensure thorough and practical policy documentation.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication to ensure successful completion within scope and schedule.
Facilitate meetings, maintain documentation, and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership.
Ensure all P&P deliverables meet compliance requirements and support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in healthcare or managed care settings.
Experience with Medicare or Medicare Advantage operations.
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of managed care operations, including vendor management and compliance.
Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to balance multiple deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What do our Innovation/Utility specialists do?
The primary purpose of this role is to perform the dynamic combined aspects of pest control, exclusion services, minor construction, and TAP (Thermal Acoustical Pest) insulation installation allowing you to make a significant impact in the communities we serve.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Pest Control: Conduct inspections to identify pest activity, perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients, and install and maintain termite control systems
TAP Insulation Installation: Efficiently install Thermal Acoustical Pest Control (TAP) insulation, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction while managing job-site preparations and clean-up
Construction and Repair: Assist with light construction projects, including minor repairs and replacements related to pest damage
