    Our client is a healthcare provider that provides primary care services. They are currently seeking a talented Director of Revenue Cycle to join their growing team. The Revenue Cycle Director oversees all aspects of the organization's revenue cycle operations-from patient intake and charge capture to billing, collections, and reimbursement. This role ensures accurate financial performance, compliance with payer regulations, and optimization of processes to improve cash flow and reduce denials. Responsibilities Include: Lead, plan, and manage all functions of the revenue cycle, including registration, coding, billing, accounts receivable, and collections. Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce denials, and improve days in A/R. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and payer billing regulations, including HIPAA and CMS guidelines. Oversee payer contracting, credentialing, and reimbursement rate analysis. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to executive leadership. Partner with clinical, finance, and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance revenue integrity. Conduct audits and implement internal controls to prevent revenue leakage and maintain data accuracy. Lead, train, and develop revenue cycle staff, promoting accountability and continuous improvement. Evaluate and implement technology solutions (EHR, billing software, clearinghouses) to enhance efficiency. Serve as the main point of contact for payers, auditors, and external revenue management vendors. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
