Skills * Knowledge of nursing and adult educational theories to assess, plan, implement and evaluate quality educational programs. * Analytic skills necessary to develop and evaluate educational programs and assess learning needs of staff. Licensures, Certifications * Must possess current, unencumbered Maryland State license as a Registered Nurse. * Certification as C.P.R. instructor by American Heart Association preferred. * Completion of "Healthcare Provider" CPR course, every (2) years * Obtain certification as a professional development specialist within 4 years of hire.
