Key Responsibilities: Facilitate a monthly, 1 hr., in person, group at the Blue Door Neighborhood South Lawndale location on the fourth Thursday of each month. Prepare informative, and engaging, activities for each scheduled group. Collaborate with other team members when outside activities are scheduled for the group. Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of group facilitation. Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities, as scheduled/needed. Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Current state licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent) is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of group experience in a therapeutic setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of group facilitation modalities and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
