Working within the NNU Center for Professional Development (CPD) and NNU Global, the CPD Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for responding to student and stakeholder inquiries and supporting student requests for information and help. This is a full-time, onsite position which reports to the Director.
Essential Functions
Respond to student inquiries via email and telephone, including student logins, discount codes, course questions, receipts, and payments

Work with the CPD Operations Coordinator to process incoming payments
Prepare conference materials

The Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the Counselor Education Department by providing a high level of service to the students within the program and the leaders of the department. The Coordinator is the key liaison between the program and Qualtrics (assessment system). The Coordinator provides training for faculty and students in Qualtrics, compiles necessary training materials, works to resolve problems with the uploading of assessments, and assists field site supervisors in understanding the process of posting electronic evaluations on Qualtrics.
The Coordinator writes and administers surveys and rubrics to field site personnel, employers, and program alumni, and assists the department chair in compiling assessment reports. As time permits, the second key area of responsibility is providing support for CACREP-accreditation activity, including updating field site manuals, assisting in gathering information for new site approval, and working on other CACREP-related assignments.

The Master's program in Social Work offers two areas of specialization: Clinical Mental Health and Addictions and Integrated Clinical and Community Practice. The Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology is focused on training students to be practitioner-scholars who integrate faith/spirituality into clinical work as clinical psychologists. The PsyD program is built on three pillars of clinical competence, academic rigor, and faith integration. Graduates of this program will be prepared for licensure in the practice of clinical psychology, which takes many forms including, but not limited to, psychotherapy/counseling, psychological and cognitive assessment, and program administration.
Description of Position
The Director of Clinical Training for Northwest Nazarene University's PsyD in Clinical Psychology is a full-time, tenure track faculty position that will guide the PsyD program in all matters relevant to clinical training; student evaluation and experience; and maintaining program accreditation. The Director of Clinical Training collaborates with the PsyD Department Chair and with clinical directors in other departments and acts as a liaison between the academic program administration and faculty, the training sites, and the students. This position directly reports to the PsyD Department Chair.
We are seeking candidates with expertise in the provision and supervision of evidence-based mental health assessments and interventions across a diverse range of populations and settings. The Department of Music at Northwest Nazarene University offers degrees in Bachelor of Arts, Music Education, Applied Music Emphasis, Worship Arts, Musical Theater, and Commercial Music. Our comprehensive curriculum covers theory, history, methods, and applied coursework. Students at NNU participate in various ensembles and receive private instruction from our esteemed faculty and professional musicians from the Treasure Valley, many of whom are members of the Boise Philharmonic Orchestra. The building offers practice rooms, ensemble rehearsal spaces, an iMac-based Center for Digital Media, and an on-site recording studio. On-campus performances are held in our state-of-the-art Brandt Center's 1500-seat hall, along with three intimate recital spaces. The department frequently hosts the state music conference and other festivals and events. Our ensembles perform both locally and across the Northwest, as well as internationally. NNU has a beautiful array of pianos in practice rooms and performing halls and is close to receiving the “All Steinway School” designation.

Essential Functions
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
* Manage the University's WordPress website, ensuring functionality, accessibility, security and performance
* Maintain website content architecture, page hierarchy and navigation for usability and SEO best practices
* Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility
* Manage SEM campaigns, monitor performance and adjust for optimal ROI
* Develop, build and maintain marketing landing pages to support digital campaigns and lead generation
* Set up and maintain lead-conversion tracking across multiple platforms, including Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Slate integrations
* Generate and interpret website analytics and campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes
* Monitor user behavior and engagement patterns to recommend UI/UX improvements that enhance conversion and experience
* Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for digital growth
* Serve as a Slate CRM Super User, supporting lead tracking, form integrations and data quality between web and enrollment systems
* Manage relationships with external technology and web-related partners
* Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure the website aligns with brand and communication goals
* Serve as backup support for other digital technologies within the department
* Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 2+ years of directly related professional experience
* Proficiency in WordPress (content management, plugins, themes and optimization tools) or similar website management system
* Working knowledge of SEO/SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads
* Strong understanding of web performance metrics, data interpretation and user experience principles

Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger analyses
Support monthly soft close and annual year-end close processes
Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and supporting schedules for the external audit
Coordinate the annual IRS Form 990 preparation and filing
Assist with development and implementation of accounting policies and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
Accounts Receivable & Tax Compliance
Oversee non-student accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly state tax reports and remittances (Sales/Use Tax, Travel & Convention Tax, etc.)

Serves a primary role in the development, implementation, management, and maintenance of the Slate CRM including enhancements, testing, and system updates.
Provides support in the import of data into the Slate CRM, including inquiry and applicant data from both internal and external sources.
Maintains data integrity of all admissions files, applications, and decision releases in the Slate CRM.
Conceptualizes, builds, and maintains custom Slate portals, dashboards, and workflows in partnership with the Enrollment Technologies Team.
Develops and maintains a Slate CRM data dictionary and comprehensive documentation for all processes in Slate, as well as internal user guides and instructional manuals as needed.
Supports and collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders in issues related to the Slate CRM platform while following best practices.
