Pros of working at NorthWestern Energy

I enjoyed the culture and being able to grow quickly with a young team. There were various ways of growing into leadership roles and I grew into one as I worked there starting as an intern to a team captain.

There was a lot of time for fun and not as much work therefore having to bring my work home several times in order to stay on track with my goals.
