Job Summary
The position of Controller is responsible for supervising the University's day-to-day accounting functions, including ensuring the integrity and accuracy of accounting records, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed asset management, student account collections, cash management, and payroll. The Controller works closely with and reports to the Assistant Vice President for Finance.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for hiring, retention, supervision, and training of the business office staff
Plans, directs, and coordinates all operational, financial, and accounting functions
Management of all day-to-day banking activities (including but not limited to transfers and adjustments)
Treasury Management (Banking relationships, cash management, cash flows, compliance, forecasting, debt management)
Management and compliance of Endowments
Preparation and analysis of financial statements
Day-to-day maintenance and adjustments to the General ledger to ensure accuracy
Oversee the preparation and execution of the audited financial statements, Federal & State Single Audit reports, IRS 990 tax return, and other tax returns as required, including the completion of required work papers and schedules, and correspondence with the external auditors
Assessment of current accounting operations and recommendations for efficiencies and improvements

Serve as the primary contact with the Office of Advancement for gift reports, stock gifts, and annuities/trusts.

Ability to create and understand various financial statements

Massage Therapist Duties:
Manages client care with the approved policies and procedures of the NWHSU clinic system and within clinical scope of practice.

Our Undergraduate Health Sciences program is seeking a dedicated and passionate adjunct faculty member to teach Microbiology in our College of Health & Wellness. Position Information:
NWHSU's Human Performance Center is seeking a Chiropractic Clinical Resident, named as Foot Levelers Resident, to serve as a lower extremity expert on campus in the field of sports and performance. The resident will play an active role in supporting and developing a Foot Levelers, Inc. (FLI) Student Club on campus, coordinating guest lectures and speaking opportunities for Foot Levelers Education Department staff and visiting FLI liaisons. Additional duties include supervising interns, offering consulting to faculty and other clinicians, as well as designing and teaching courses on the topics of sports and performance. We are seeking someone who can act as a campus expert in functional orthopedics and foot stabilization, while fostering a student-centered learning environment through supervision, education, and professional collaboration.
This is a .75 FTE, 30 hours per week, benefits eligible opportunity. The duration of this residency is expected to be one year with the possibility of renewal for a second year. Due to the nature of the position some late afternoons, early evenings and occasional Saturdays are expected covering athletic games and supervision.

* We are looking for students who are focused on customer service, hold basic computer skills, have solid interpersonal communication skills, and are dependable. You may be asked to occasionally multitask.
* Hours: Shifts can be as short as 1 hour or in longer blocks. Part of our process includes evaluating your availability vs. our open shifts. Student hours fall in between the hours of 7:30 and 10:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Fridays, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and noon to 8:00 p.m. on Sundays.
