General Summary:
The PA under the supervision of the Physician, who acts as the collaborative practitioner, is responsible for:
Performs physical examinations of patients; evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic Gyn patients. Assist in surgical cases with the provider within the hospital setting 1-2 days a week
Procedures to include IUD removal and insertions, Biopsies, Nexplanon insertion and removals
Assist in the OR as needed with Hysterectomies, Hysteroscopies, Bladder and Organ prolapse, Myomectomies, and more
Orders and interprets appropriate diagnostic tests, such as routine laboratory, X-ray, etc.
Monitors the patient's course of treatment and makes appropriate referral to either a physician or specialist, as needed
Orders preoperative and post operative medications as needed • Collaborates with physician as necessary to provide consistent care to patients and support
Displays a caring and professional attitude at all times as well as maintaining personal and professional growth
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, patients, and the public.
Strong communication skills

Administer TMS treatments according to specific physician protocols. Set up the TMS medical device and monitor all aspects of the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy.
Provide good communication with the physician and other members of the team
Provide excellent patient care and treat patients with compassion while developing trust and rapport. Provide support, reflective listening, and compassion to patients struggling with depression and/or anxiety.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort, coil contact, and TMS system setup throughout treatment.
Administer psychiatric rating scales.
Record session notes, track insurance authorizations, and schedule patient visits using EMR and medical scheduling software.
QUALIFICATIONS
TMS experience required
Great people skills
BLS certification
At least one year of experience working in a medical office is preferred, but not required.
Experience working with patients who are suffering from anxiety and depression preferred. Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and interface well with patients in a mental health setting required.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
An Associates or Bachelors Degree strongly preferred, but candidates with patient care experience will be strongly considered.

What You'll Do:
As a PA-C, you will be a key clinical provider in a skilled nursing facility, diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients to better health. No two days are the same!
Your daily responsibilities include:
Performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
Prescribing medications and creating treatment plans.
Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
Educating patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently.

Locum Pediatric Anesthesiologist
Dayton Children s is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist to provide locum coverage for a maternity leave. The role is hospital-based within the operating rooms of a high-volume pediatric Level I Trauma Center.
Assignment Details
Coverage Dates: August 10, 2026 November 16, 2026
Reason for Coverage: Maternity leave
Practice Setting: Hospital-based operating rooms
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Call: None
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients
Manage a mix of solo anesthesia cases and supervision of CRNAs in a care team model
Perform anesthesia for:
General surgical cases (neonatal, pediatric, adult)
Thoracic cases (excluding open heart)
Complex orthopedic cases
Neurosurgical cases
Ventilation management
Provide pediatric anesthesia services across all subspecialties except cardiac surgery and transplant surgery
Arterial line placement and management of acute volume/BP issues preferred
Facility Overview
Trauma Designation: ACS Level I Trauma Center
Operating Rooms: 14
Anesthesia Team: 22 anesthesiologists
Average Surgical Volume: cases per day
Annual ED Volume: 70,000 visits
OR Staff: Multidisciplinary, collegial team of RNs, techs, PCAs, surgeons, APPs, and proceduralists
Candidate Requirements
Board Certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Experience with required pediatric, neonatal, and complex surgical cases
Active Ohio license preferred
NPDB self-query required (pulled within the same month as presentation)
Credentialing & Onboarding Notes
Fingerprinting required immediately after acceptance
Prompt submission of credentialing information required to avoid delays
