POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to work at Monarch School for students ages 5 through 21 with autism. The Speech Language Pathologist will work within an interdisciplinary team that provides communication, academic, sensory, behavioral, and therapeutic support for children or adolescents with autism. Work at a nationally known state of the art Voice and Swallow Center.
Evaluate and treat inpatient and ambulatory adult swallowing and head and neck cancer patients.
Perform diagnostics including: videofluoroscopic swallow studies (VFSS), flexible endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES), manometry, and clinical swallowing assessments.
Provide voice restoration services for patients with total laryngectomy, including tracheoesophageal puncture prosthesis management.
Develop new programs and outreach opportunities.
Contribute to learning experiences for residents, medical students, speechpathologist and clinical fellows.
Be involved with clinical research and continuing education.

Work Experience
