Work from Home **Work Arrangement:** Work from Home **Relocation assistance:** : is not available for this opportunity. **Pay Range:** $111,500 - $241,500 **Bonus Potential:** 20% **Requisition #:** 70792 **The Role at a Glance** As the AVP Product and Platform Risk Management, you will provide leadership, direction, and functional expertise to ensure Risk program results related to product and platform risk. \#LI-REMOTE **What you'll be doing** + Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future strategies. + Directs and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives. + Identifies and directs strategic process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality across the team, department and/or business unit. + Provides subject matter expertise to team members and internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/project. + Provides training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and gives honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent. + Directs, establishes, and implements priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure departmental results. + Directs and evaluates departmental performance and takes appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards. + Provides strategic leadership and direction to continually improve the capability. + Ensures that top talent is hired and retained. + Builds organizational capability within their assigned area(s) of responsibility. + Establishes and directs the strategy for the analysis, identification, and measurement of operational risk. + Identifies, evaluates, and develops strategic proactive operational risk mitigation strategies to adhere to any new or proposed regulatory changes. + Directs, establishes, and implements priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure group results for the operational risk area. + Directs and/or strategically develops systems to control and monitor assets in term of operational risk. + Directs and/or develops operational risk strategy. + Directs the evaluation of alternative means of reducing the organization's exposure to loss. + Develops strategic operational risk management plans. + Develops strategic operational risk mitigation plans. + Employs industry standard risk management frameworks and applies them to area of coverage. + Provide expertise and consultation for assigned area(s) of responsibility and in partnership with other internal and external business partners and leaders. + Manage ongoing projects/initiatives that support a proactive product and platform risk orientation. + Implement and perform targeted risk reviews and analysis of Product and Platform that ascertain effectiveness of product and platform functions. + Develop product risk oversight parameters and programs specific to product and platform functions. + Carries out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
