Who We're Seeking: Our After School Program is looking for compassionate Group Workers for our state and DCFS certified program, that operates all year round, to provide before and after school care for children ages 5 to 12. This position is responsible for providing school readiness and encourage our scholars to explore recreational activities in a safe and nurturing environment. This position may also be a member of a Violence Prevention-Community Support Team (VP-CST), an innovative effort to provide trauma-informed therapeutic interventions to individuals who have experienced chronic exposure to firearm violence.
