Responsibilities The System Vice President, Norton Heart & Vascular Institute has direct accountability for strategic initiatives and program volume growth of the service line. The System Vice President, Norton Heart & Vascular Institute serves as the primary Norton Healthcare Executive accountable for the system strategy and growth for the service line. The System Vice President, Norton Heart & Vascular Institute also partners directly with ambulatory executives and operational leaders, along with hospital leadership teams to ensure success through collaborative problem solving. The System Vice President, Norton Heart & Vascular Institute will have responsibility for maintaining relationships with independent community providers to grow the service line and develop new opportunities for Norton Healthcare.
Key Accountabilities:
Serves as the administrative leader for the service line. Works directly with service line medical staff, executive medical director and matrix leadership personnel in establishing priorities for all strategy & growth functions. Serves as primary resource for employed and non-employed providers within the service line, including service line matrix operational matters. Works with Norton Medical Group to provide leadership to aligned and integrated members of the medical staff deemed to be critical to the service line's success.
Works with Norton Healthcare leadership to ensure programs are designed to be patient and family focused; ensuring outstanding clinical quality. Responsible for the facilitation of quality and service escalation including key performance indicators, risk and grievances. Ensures strategic, operational, programmatic, and other plans/policies support and are aligned with the Norton Healthcare mission, vision, values, and service basics. Participates in facility specific service line councils and partners with leaders at the facility level which are necessary to advance strategic initiatives. Organizes information for board of trustee meetings related to the service lines.
Positions service line for future growth, cost reduction, and quality improvement through targeted initiatives. Identifies new services or programs within assigned service line that add incremental new volume and address patient need. Works with marketing and communications teams to develop and direct specific strategies to raise awareness of Norton Healthcare's service lines on a local, regional, and national basis. Works with Norton Healthcare senior leadership to proactively access the impact of legislation on future growth, restriction of services and reimbursement for care. Works with Norton Healthcare health policy executive to ensure Norton Healthcare interests are appropriately represented. Identifies and implements specific growth strategies for both the primary and secondary service areas needed to meet strategic growth goals for the service line, working collaboratively with both Norton Medical Group and hospital leadership partners. Acts as the service line market expert for Norton Healthcare, maintaining up to date knowledge on local, regional and national trends specific to growth, technology and community need.
Provides direction and input into the annual operating and capital expenditure budgets of the service line. Works collaboratively with Norton Healthcare leadership to ensure areas of responsibility exceeds or meets performance targets. Assists in identifying grants or other philanthropic dollars to support service line initiatives. Responsible for financial performance of the service line across the system, including facility supply & implant cost effectiveness.
Collaborates with Norton Healthcare senior leadership to provide input into the strategic planning process for the service line. Works with Norton Healthcare hospital leadership to proactively identify quality of care initiatives based on best practice, evidenced based data and develops plans/measures to ensure ongoing delivery of quality patient care. Monitors, manages and presents key performance metrics deemed critical to the service line. Works with Norton Healthcare senior leadership to ensure ongoing compliance with all federal state, and regulatory agencies that govern the practices of the service line. Prepares in advance for projects and has the ability to consider and manage multiple possible outcomes. Maintains awareness and is sensitive to the inter-relationships required to ensure success of initiatives. Anticipates obstacles realistically during the planning process. Partners strongly with ambulatory executives and operational leaders, along with hospital leadership teams to ensure success through collaborative problem solving. Takes ownership for and assists in the implementation of Performance Excellence Program initiatives and/or other cost reduction initiatives identified for the service line for inpatient and outpatient services.

Position Summary:
A Clinical Coordinator assists with the daily coordination of personnel and resources within the scope of assignment. Responsibilities entail all technical and conceptual sales aspects of the AVANOS Enteral Feeding product portfolio including, but not limited to, the validation of product cost/value proposition sustaining the existing book of business and leading to increased year on year sales as per the AVANOS Enteral Feeding sales plan and territory sales objectives.
Product Responsibility:
Enteral feeding tubes and accessories, radiologic/surgical tube placement kits, enteral feeding tube placement hardware (capital) and disposables, enteral feeding tube retention, enteral feeding intolerance, diagnostic and endoscopic accessories, and any other products as determined by commercial leadership.

Monitor the condition of the cassettes and other equipment in the x-ray room for signs of wear or malfunction and submit problems found as soon as possible to the Imaging Director so the issues can be rectified. Cassettes, chest bucky, and exam table are to be cleaned after each use to avoid cross contamination
Maintains and distributes pregnancy waiver forms where applicable.
Triage patients by checking and recording vitals, collect and record pertinent clinical history and all other information deemed necessary for proper charting in the EMS. Performblood draws, give injections, administer oral medications and perform other basic nursing tasks when not directly in the course of a radio graphical exam if applicable in your state.
Monitors and reads X-Ray badge monthly.
Radiation Monitors must be worn at all times when in the X-Ray room and maintain reporting as required.

Responsibilities:

Ability to address minor maintenance issues with the machines, and to follow up with nurse coordinator (or Clinic Director in their absence) for consultation prior to any outsourcing calls.
Monitor the condition of the cassettes and other equipment in the x-ray room for signs of wear or malfunction and submit problems found as soon as possible to the Imaging Director so the issues can be rectified. Cassettes, chest bucky, and exam table are to be cleaned after each use to avoid cross contamination
Maintains and distributes pregnancy waiver forms where applicable.
Triage patients by checking and recording vitals, collect and record pertinent clinical history and all other information deemed necessary for proper charting in the EMS. Performblood draws, give injections, administer oral medications and perform other basic nursing tasks when not directly in the course of a radio graphical exam if applicable in your state.
Monitors and reads X-Ray badge monthly.
Radiation Monitors must be worn at all times when in the X-Ray room and maintain reporting as required.
Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training.

Responsibilities:
Ability to fulfill all responsibilities of Nurse/Clinical Tech and Patient Care Specialist position as detailed in the specific Nurse/Clinical Tech and Patient Care Specialist job description.
The ability to deliver clinical and administrative support for the team and adhere to all policies and procedures of the company.
Monitor and track x-ray orders so they can be completed and submitted in a timelymanner.
Assist patient with proper positioning during the exam to ensure diagnostic quality.
Ensure that their activities are conducted in a manner that is consistent with overall department expectations and comply with federal and state regulations, guidelines, and requirements including working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA.
Review exam images for initial read by provider.
Send final images to Radiology group for over read.
Responsible to correctly label laterality of all images by the use of initialed leadmarker.
Confirm that no removable artifacts are in the anatomy requested, and ensure the proper technique (“S” number) is used appropriate for the exam. Any artifacts appearing in the anatomy of interest must have a solid explanation (direct refusal or inability by patient to remove) noted in the history.
Ability to address minor maintenance issues with the machines, and to follow up with nurse coordinator (or Clinic Director in their absence) for consultation prior to any outsourcing calls.
Monitor the condition of the cassettes and other equipment in the x-ray room for signs of wear or malfunction and submit problems found as soon as possible to the Imaging Director so the issues can be rectified. Cassettes, chest bucky, and exam table are to be cleaned after each use to avoid cross contamination
Maintains and distributes pregnancy waiver forms where applicable.
Triage patients by checking and recording vitals, collect and record pertinent clinical history and all other information deemed necessary for proper charting in the EMS. Performblood draws, give injections, administer oral medications and perform other basic nursing tasks when not directly in the course of a radio graphical exam if applicable in your state.
Monitors and reads X-Ray badge monthly.
Radiation Monitors must be worn at all times when in the X-Ray room and maintain reporting as required.
Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training.
Welcome new employees on their first day in the clinic and facilitate introductions to team members, clinic tours, and an overview of the clinic processes.
Actively assist new employees with learning activities and completing required training.
Support new employee training by providing job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities

Experience Requirements and Preferences::
Current License or Certification:
ARRT License (Registered Technologist)
State License (Registered Technologists' and Limited Scope)
License must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency.
TB and IV Certification required to be obtained within 60 days of employment and maintained during employment if applicable in your state.

Position Summary
The Senior Behavioral Health Unit (SBHU) at Jackson Purchase Medical Center embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication, essential for providing specialized care to critically ill patients. This is an 18-bed unit that ensures patients receive optimal medical attention and support.
The RN - Senior Behavioral Health Unit provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment.
Documents patient care given.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
