They really care about their employes and they offer alot of crosstraining that way the crew omboard can grow

It is both challenging and fun. Each day usually comes with its' unique set of circumstances. In other words, there will always be situations that does not fit into the company's fixed pattern of routines in which case one will have to learn to quickly adopt and use good judgement for resolving unexpected issues.
