This position will work on front-end development for ecommerce platforms, franchise templates, personalization initiatives, and A/B testing - ensuring fast, accessible, and conversion-focused digital experiences. Accountabilities/Duties: Develop, test, and maintain responsive ecommerce websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Collaborate with back-end developer, web team, and digital marketing to deliver site updates, A/B tests, franchise templates and ad hoc requests. Create and enhance front-end pages, blocks and templates within Adobe Commerce (Magento). Create and maintain branded templates in Outfit that align with franchise and brand design standards. Integrate and optimize tools such as Monetate and Contentsquare for AB testing and personalization, analytics, and user behavior insights. Ensure all website code meets ADA/WCAG accessibility, SEO, and site performance best practices. Track and manage tasks using JIRA and maintain thorough documentation in Confluence for development processes and site updates. Continuously improve UX/UI, site performance, and conversion rates through data-driven enhancements.
