The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Dishwasher/Utility Employee plays an essential role in ensuring a smooth, efficient and guest-ready operation by meeting high-volume dishwashing demands and maintaining a clean, sanitized bakery. Accountabilities/Duties:
Manually washes, rinses and sanitizes all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner and adheres to all NbC standards. (No dishwasher, all dishes washed by hand)
Monitors sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
Gathers and removes garbage, sweeps, and mops floors, and cleans floor drains.
Performs routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerator, cooler, and bathroom.
Cleans sanitizes and restocks the workstation and ensures all cleaning supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift.
Monitors inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies management when replenishment is required.
Assists in the unloading, processing, and storage of weekly supplies delivery.
Supports other team members in cleaning and organizing workstations as needed.
Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.

Accountabilities/Duties:
Promptly greets walk-in and phone guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm to determine interests and needs and follows NbC Sweet Steps of Service to create a superior guest experience.
Maintains strong product knowledge to educate guests on NbC cake distinction, size and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions and complementary retail merchandise.

POSITION FOCUS:

The Team Lead ("TL") position assists the General Manager ("GM") in managing the hotel operations on a day-to-day basis to ensure optimum performance and continual improvement in the Key Performance Indicators and 100% guest satisfaction. The Senior Director of Field Sales supervises, coaches, and mentors 1-2 additional field sales professionals in this effort, and is responsible for directing and leading the operations sales team in performing its assigned sales responsibilities. The Senior Director of Field Sales will be actively engaged at all times with their assigned accounts and portfolio of hotels, and will conduct market planning activities on an ongoing basis to identify need areas and create strategies and actions to grow revenue. A major focus is timely follow up on all leads with revenue potential for the portfolio, as well as generating outbound leads for other ESA hotels.

* Achieve revenue goals and other performance metrics for the assigned hotel portfolio.
