Regulatory Compliance - Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including zoning codes, environmental standards, and permitting requirements. What We Are Looking For Professional Experience - 3-7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development or site design. Education - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Licensure - Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred. Technical Skills - Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-HMS and other relevant engineering software. Knowledge of Land Development - Understanding of land development processes, including site analysis, zoning, permitting, and construction documentation. Strong Communication Skills - Ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients, team members, and regulatory agencies.
