Schedule: Monday-Thursday 2:15pm-12:45am; OT as needed Purpose of Position AFitter/Welder, will work either individually, or, as a part of a small team, to produce Sheet Metal weldments. Weldments must meet the dimensional specifications of the mechanical engineered drawings. A Fitter/Welder will be required to determine, from the drawing, where each weld is to be performed, and meet the size and length requirements of each weld specified within the given tolerance allowed. Construct truck bumper brackets, truck bed trailer hitches, and cages and guards for meters, and regulator stations. 8. Cut and thread pipe for water and gas service boxes. 9. Complete logs, reports, work orders, requisitions, and other records and communications as required. 10. Drive service vehicle to various locations. 11. Repair and maintain tools and equipment including backhoe diggers, buckets, and stabilizers. 12. Ensure compliance with all established standards and procedures for joining materials. 13.
