Minimum 2 years related experience. Read work orders and bills of material, follow assembly procedures, interpret wiring schematics and engineering drawings, and apply to daily work. Assemble, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot modules/systems to ensure they function per the desired specifications. Perform firmware and software programming tasks on PCBs, modules, and other devices. Experience performing intermediate to advanced assembly tasks including mechanical, electrical, magnetic, and pneumatic. Experience and understanding of quality soldering and crimping. Experience and understanding of magnetic polarity, mechanical motions and pivots, belt tension, etc. Experience and understanding of electrical functions using a digital multimeter and other test equipment. Experience and understanding of part tolerances to identify and resolve non-conformances. Experience in leading and mentoring others in daily tasks and department initiatives.
