it's a paycheck
Novant is running NHRMC into the ground. It disgustingly dirty and they keep cutting positions to pad their own pockets.
I loved helping obtain employment and the teammates.

I love my team on night shift, and have very close friends I've made while here. There is a great, cooperative atmosphere on my unit and I'm glad to be a part of patient care here.
Day shift typically talks down to night shift workers and treats them poorly.
