The Early Childhood Specialist Floater provides classroom and instructional support across multiple classrooms in all three BRCA Childcare Centers: Northside Children's Learning Center (Lenoir), Circle of Friends Child Development Center (Rutherford College), and Quaker Meadows Generations Center (Morganton) Serving children from birth to age five. This position ensures continuity of care and learning by filling in during staff absences, assisting teachers, and maintaining compliance with all program standards.
