What We're Looking For Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree , required. Associate degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science or medical laboratory or equivalent education and training OR successfully completed military training of 50 or more weeks. Experience: One year experience as laboratory scientist for specialty areas (BB, Flow, and Micro). (Clinical internships of 12 months duration meet this requirement), preferred. Three years of experience for Core Sciences areas of the laboratory, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Scientist Cert from ASCP or AMT (BB, C, H, MT/MLS, M, MB), required.
