I'm the chairman and CEO of Eli Lilly and Company, after holding management roles in the U.S., Canada and China, as well as running Lilly’s largest business unit. Before I joined Lilly in 1996, I worked as an account rep at IBM. I'm on the board of Adobe, and I'm chairman of the board of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA). I also serve on the board of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership. I'm a member of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations (IFPMA) CEO Steering Committee, The Business Council, Business Roundtable and the National Council for Expanding American Innovation (NCEAI). Robert M. Davis is corporate vice president and president of Baxter's Medical Products business. In this position, Davis oversees a range of products used in the delivery of fluids and drugs to patients, and in the treatment of end-stage kidney disease. Davis took on his current role in October 2010. Prior to this role, Davis served as corporate vice president and president of Baxter's Renal business. He served as corporate vice president and chief financial officer from 2006 through May 2010, and as treasurer from 2004 through 2006. Davis joined Baxter as treasurer in November 2004 from Eli Lilly and Company, where he served in numerous positions of increasing responsibility over 14 years. Davis currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Rush University Medical Center and also serves as a member of the Finance Committee. He also is a member of the Board of Directors of AdvaMed.

He joined the company in 1993 and has held several executive roles across Pfizer's divisions. Prior to becoming chief executive officer, Bourla served as chief operating officer.
