Peripherals: monitors, docking stations, keyboards/mice, headsets, webcams, KVMs
Trading desk ergonomics and cable management at the seat
Market-data terminals/peripherals, hardware/setup only; software/data feed issues escalated per runbook
Conferencing/AV meeting room readiness and daily room checks
Telephone/softphones and headset configuration & swaps
Secure printing/MFDs (user setup, jams, toner), badge association
Joiners/Movers/Leavers hands-on tasks: device issue/return, desk moves
Local “smart-hands” under remote guidance (racking thin clients, reseating cables, vendor escorts)
Asset, spares, and consumables stock management; RMA handling/shipping/receiving for end-user gear
Basic patching/reboots per schedule; enforcing endpoint encryption and MDM enrollment using standard tools
Providing remote support to users in other offices as appropriate
You Have:
Three (3) or more years of IT support experience.
Experience supporting Windows, mac OS, and Linux workstations and laptops.
Familiarity with user administration (setting up user accounts, changing passwords, etc.) in Active Directory.
Proficiency with workstation, laptop, and related peripherals troubleshooting.
Professional experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) and IT Asset Management.
Basic understanding and application of Password management, MFA, Encryption, Phishing, Endpoint Security, Proxy, Firewall
Knowledge of trouble ticketing software and a closed-loop process for problem resolution.
Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of management tools like JIRA and Confluence (preferred)
The ability to work in an on-site environment daily, during the core business hours of 8:00-5:00.

The person in this role will:
Handle the receipt and unpacking of all samples at the laboratory; record temperature of samples at receipt; document any discrepancies with samples at receipt; organize samples by project onto carts; transfer samples into the Sample Administration area for entry; assist with training new employees within the area.
Unpack sample kits and coolers that are received at the lab

Take and record the temperature of all environmental samples received at the lab
Contact client service representatives or project managers of projects received above temperature or with excessive damage

Clean all coolers and kits to be returned to clients or to bottle room, fill out shipping slips for return shipments
Read, understand and carry out standard operating procedures; follow all safety precautions and procedures

Position Summary: Working under APICHA IT, focused primarily on fielding requests from users to resolve simple and complex computer software and hardware problems, as well as traveling to all current and planned APICHA facilities and remote locations as needed. Provides services including answers to inquiries on how to set up and use specific software, technical printer support, word processing, e-mail, and operating system issues. Contacts software and hardware product support vendors to correct, replace or provide technical support and information. Provides 1st and 2nd level support for PCs, Printers, Local Area Network, applications and data communication devices for Providers and support staff. Records all support tickets in the designated tracking system. Maintains and responsible for IT Inventory, creates and manages user accounts for various systems used by APICHA. Builds out Desktop and Laptop PCs and distributes.be expected to learn basic data reporting and analysis (using tools such as SQL Manager, Excel). A working knowledge in this domain is expected to be developed.
Qualifications: High school diploma with substantial computer software and hardware knowledge required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred; One year of paid full-time work. Three years of hands-on experience or A+ certified preferred; Prior Healthcare IT experience preferred; Working knowledge of security and privacy concepts required; Technologically savvy with working knowledge of operating systems and office software and hardware required; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required; Ability to resolve complex issues in a timely fashion, assessing the impact of interrelated systems independently, relying upon self-motivated professional development of skill set required; Ability to create electronic presentations, basic statistical graphics as necessary required; Ability to work in diverse cultural healthcare environment in professional manner required; Good attention to detail required; Ability to initiate and work independently and be a good team player required; Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs on a regular basis and 50 lbs as needed required; Willing to work nights and/or weekends as needed required

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
Provide elevated technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond timely to queries in person, over the phone, and in email from customers seeking technical help. Record user interactions in Service Desk application
Ask questions to determine the nature of the problem and run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. Escalate appropriately to other support teams, as needed
Keen attention to detail and maintaining accurate inventory system
Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals
Strong ability to drive technical requirements and project plans to completion
Participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with end-users, third party vendors, and peers
Assist in the planning of upgrades/releases of data center and IT systems and software to limit user impact
Some travel may be required
Provide after-hours support through a rotating on-call schedule
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
Associates degree or university diploma in the field of computer science
Minimum five+ years of IT work experience
Work experience to include extensive hands-on hardware or software installation and support
Experience in multiple areas of Infrastructure
Knowledge of Infrastructure support, such as Microsoft Office, Windows, Server, Active Directory Users and Computers, and System Center Configuration Manager
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws including, SAS70, HIPPA, and URAC would be a plus
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
