I have over 10 years of engineering experience. During my career, I’ve managed technical teams of software and aeronautics engineers. I have held a wide range of IT-related positions as my career has grown from being an Aeronautical Engineer, to a Process Engineer, Agile Coach & Scrum Master, Product Manager, Project Manager, and previously, Director of Technology and Engineering. This ability to analyzed and define big-picture objectives while simultaneously providing ground-level contributions has helped advance my career. I am an outstanding communicator which helps facilitate dialogs that produce enduring relationships with peers and establishes an esprit de corps with staff.
