The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. **Required Qualifications**
Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
**Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities**
+ Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.

**Working Conditions**

+ Indoor floors and outdoor lots generally are hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.) lighting and temperature are adequate.
**Physical Requirements**

+ Ability to push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with the assistance of proper material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jack).

What you will be doing as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
* Provide hands on advanced care in accordance with medical orders: tilt-table, advanced bowel programs, medication set ups, colostomy/catheter care, trachea care, feeding tubes, training and supervision of aides, etc.
* Work facility staffing shifts with our contracted facility partners

* 6 months recent, relevant experience (in Facility Staffing, or Home Care)
* Valid Driver's License, and Auto Insurance (if applicable)
* Updated TB Test, agree to Covid-19 testing as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides for patient's personal hygiene.
Provides for activities of daily living.
Provides for comfort needs of patients.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of anatomy and physiology of disease processes.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in communications.
Knowledge of patient care standards and use of medical equipment.
Knowledgeable of Infection Control and Prevention practices.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma/GED, preferred
Successful completion of Nursing Assistant course or equivalent, preferred
Previous patient care experience, preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
LANGUAGE/READING SKILLS:
Communicate verbally and in writing in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Must have basic mathematical capabilities.
REASONING ABILITY: Responds to unusual or varied situations that are not covered by existing standards, procedures and precedents.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, ascend and descend stairs, possess ability to handle, finger or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.

Responsibilities
Operate a variety of hand and power tools and other tools as directed by management.
Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials.
Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
Load and unload construction supplies from trucks.
Report incidents immediately to safety director, foreman or HR in accordance with incident reporting procedures established by the company.
Provide assistance to form carpenters and flat finishers as needed
Requirements
One or more years of experience in construction
Be able to travel for work at any job site location as needed.
Ability to lift heavy materials
