This role supports daily warehouse and production operations by safely handling materials, preparing pallets, and ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. It requires coordination between warehouse and production teams to ensure efficient product flow and proper handling of materials.
In this role you'll make an impact by:
* Setting up pallets and preparing materials for production and shipment.
* Replenishing picked and empty trolleys between the freezer and pack line.
* Completing pallets by wrapping, banding, icing, and placing into proper pallet storage.
* Loading and unloading trucks, including WW and Maersk shipments.
* Operating warehouse equipment, including: automatic shrink-wrap machine, electric bander and banding equipment, pallet walker, riding pallet walker, and platypus.
* Following procedures for handling damaged materials in the warehouse.
* Maintaining knowledge of allergen control practices within the warehouse.
* Understanding and following warehouse cleaning practices, the master sanitation schedule, and overall property maintenance requirements.
* Participating in and supporting the inspection processes, including raw material inspections.
* Following quarantine procedures for non-conforming materials.
To succeed you must hold:
* HS Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to read, write and speak English
* Previous warehouse or production experience preferred but not required
* Ability to safely operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment
* Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and allergen control practices is a plus
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
* Ability to lift, move, and stack pallets and materials
* Ability to work in cold environments, including freezer areas

Working Conditions:
The physical demand for this job is considered light with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Exposure to lifting more than 25 pounds is rare (if ever).
The employee must be ambulatory and able to travel from site to site.
They will be exposed to dynamic standing and sitting.
Rarely (if ever) will the employee be subject to pushing/pulling, floor to knuckle lift/lower, knuckle lift/lower, knuckle to shoulder lift/lower, shoulder to overhead lift/lower, sustained bending, climb/balance/ stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, reach above shoulders or repetitive bending or squatting.

Also tools and equipment such as, lamp/lens, electronic scales and various fixtures will be needed for inspection, and some hand tools may be used for part forming

To succeed you must hold:
* DVM or Ph.D in health in nutrition with practical experience working with beef cattle and a minimum of five to seven years' experience in the industry working with key accounts and stakeholders
* Possess good negotiation and follow-up skills.
* Ability to utilize product knowledge to determine best course of action for customers.
* Must have technical skills to know the right questions to ask of customers.
* Must be a self-starter with drive and initiative and work with little supervision. Must have a passion for the food industry.
* Ability to travel up to 60%. International travel to Canada and other countries as needed.

As our Process Engineer II, you'll report to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager and be primarily responsible for safety, quality, yield and efficiency improvement initiatives in operations. You'll manage process-engineering projects, provide technical support, and improve existing manufacturing processes. In addition, this person acts as a liaison between engineering, maintenance and production in the plant.
In this role you'll make an impact by:
* Independently identifying and driving improvements in safety, quality, yield and efficiency in the production areas.
* Participating in cross-functional local and international teams for the on-going improvement of equipment and processes and other assignments.
* Acting as a technical expert for manufacturing, engineering, sales and marketing, and R&D.
* Working with operators and supervisors to solve problems in the plant.
* Providing process engineering, project engineering, and project management for small capital projects, including leading the direction of other technical and contract personnel.
* Analyzing, identifying, designing and recommending process/equipment improvements and capabilities.
* Writing reports, and utilizing quality improvement tools, such as fishbone charts, histograms, affinity diagrams, etc.
To succeed you must hold:
* Bachelor's degree in chemical or biochemical engineering and 3+ years of experience within a process-driven manufacturing environment
* Experience with IT and automation implementations (PLCs and HMIs) in production-related areas preferred
* Lean & Six Sigma training or certification, with the ability to use Six Sigma methodologies, tools and statistical software preferred
* Knowledge of packaging processes, food or pharma hygienic, aseptic, and cGMP design, and CIP and SIP processes
* Experience with frozen product handling, blending, and packaging is a plus
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to occasionally work weekends, on-call, and/or evening shifts
* Ability to travel Internationally up to 5%
* Ability to adhere to safety and hygiene requirements including but not limited to: GMP, PPE, allergens
* Physical ability to work within the production facility including but not limited to: walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stretch, and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.

As a Project Manager based in our West Allis site, you will manage the execution of capital projects ensuring that all projects are effectively executed with regards to schedule, quality and economy, manage the project process through the design phases, construction, commissioning, turn over and closure.
In this role you'll make an impact by:
* Managing capital projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with company standards.

* B.S. in an engineering discipline or strongly related field and 5+ years of relevant experience. Thorough knowledge about a multitude of engineering and technical disciplines. Experience in construction of various technical objectives in manufacturing environments.
* Experience of a minimum of 3+ years with Project Management demonstrating skills in schedule, scope and budget management. Possess result and decision-oriented project management skills, have good business acumen, and have good communication skills. Preferred to have project management certification such as PMP.
* Leadership to set direction in the project and develop a cohesive team to achieve results.
* Proven successful performance and experience must be demonstrated in the management of capital investment projects in a processing industry.
* Knowledge and understanding of capital project management processes.
* Ability to lead cross functional teams and collaborate locally and globally within the company, and with external companies.
* Good organizational skills and effective written and oral communication skills in both local language and English.
* Possess contract management skills in relation to suppliers, contractors and consultants. Experience with FIDIC contracts is a plus.
* May require travel up to 15%. Willingness to support international projects is a plus.
